Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman (American gymnast) was a member of the team as well as the captain of 2012's Fierce Five in addition to the 2016 Final Five US Women Olympic Gymnastics. In 2012 the team, she won gold at the team events and also the floor exercises. In the balance beam, she earned a bronze. This made her the first American gymnast to compete at the Olympics to earn the most medals. The gold medal was hers for team at the 2016 Olympics, which also made her and Gabby Douglas the first Americans to win back-to-back golds. Additionally, she was awarded silver medals at the all-around event as well as floor workouts. It was three years between her last appearance in competitive gymnastics. Her gold medal winning American team also won the two World Championships. Her first experience with gymnastics began at age two, and her most loved event is Floor Exercise. Aly contributes her time and money to Uniting Against Lung Cancer charity in memory of her deceased grandmother. She hopes to become a fashion designer and expand her line of socks and leotards in the coming years. Fierce is due to be released later this summer.
